21CF Impact Week is a great opportunity to invest in the communities where we live and work, while connecting with colleagues across our businesses – all in six days packed with fun and purposeful activities.

Last year, 21CF colleagues completed nearly 10,000 volunteer hours, impacting the lives of over 83,000 people across the U.S. It was a big event that produced big results, and now we are going even bigger.

ImpactWeek Opportunities

21CF Impact Week will provide our colleagues with opportunities to share their skills and talents with nonprofits, schools, and other organizations in our communities. Projects will support 21CF’s Social Impact focus areas: Creativity & The Arts, Sports & Well-Being, Knowledge & Exploration, Sustainability, and Diversity.

If you don’t see your city listed below and would like to plan a volunteering event for your office, please contact us directly and we will provide you with a toolkit for how to get started.


Note: Space at these events is limited. Sign up in advance to ensure a spot. Employees will not be docked vacation time for participating and hourly workers must be paid for volunteering during working hours. Open to full and part time employees (20+ hours/week) only. Prior manager approval is required.
