21CF Social Impact is offering colleagues an array of opportunities to share their skills and talents in support of our New York community. Events will take place both on-site at 21CF headquarters and off-site, with options available during weekdays, evenings, and weekends.

Celebrate fitness fun by guiding students of all ages with autism through various field day stations, including soccer, relays, and carnival games. Lunch provided.

Give the gift of comfort to a child in need—choose from a variety of fabrics to create easy no-sew blankets for mothers and children in need through Brooklyn’s Baby Excellence Academy. Lunch provided.

Volunteers will pack kits for Operation Jersey Cares, a veteran-run organization that will send the assembled care packages to active military service members overseas. Lunch provided.

Back by popular demand! Volunteers will spend the morning with elementary school students in a park outside on a variety of activities designed to help them build basic photography skills before sharing their work at the end of the session. Lunch provided.

Help guide underemployed adults with intellectual/developmental disabilities through critical career training exercises; including a tour of the 21CF offices, resume feedback, interview practice, and job search tips. Dinner provided.

Foster a welcoming environment for learning and recreation at PS 359X. Tasks will include indoor activities such as painting spaces, creating murals, organizing a library or storage space, assembling furniture and/or classroom decoration. Snacks provided.

Join 21CF, the Paley Center, and the Trevor Project for a special screening of Love, Simon—with 160 local NYC-area high school students! A panel discussion featuring movie talent, experts, and activists will follow the screening, as well as breakout workshops to discuss the film’s critical themes with students. Lunch provided.

Location: Franz Sigel Park: Grand Concourse & 158th St, Bronx
Time: 10am ‒ 1pm

Promote environmental sustainability and keep our outdoor spaces clean, safe, and beautiful for New Yorkers to enjoy throughout the year. Tasks may include planting, building garden beds, mulching, painting benches and fences, weeding, and composting. Lunch provided.

Note: Space at these events is limited. Sign up in advance to ensure a spot. Employees will not be docked vacation time for participating and hourly workers must be paid for volunteering during working hours. Open to full and part time employees (20+ hours/week) only. Prior manager approval is required.
