Diverse Voices and Stories. We nurture diverse voices and stories, both in front of and behind the camera, through a variety of partnerships, initiatives and programs, including Fox Writers Lab, Fox Directors Lab and the Fox Filmmakers Lab.

Advancing Careers, Culture and Community. Through Colleague Network & Resource Groups (CNRGs), we provide colleagues with additional forums to advance their careers, while fostering a culture of inclusion and building community within and outside the Company.

FOX Writers Lab

Fox Writers Lab is a highly selective writers initiative held at the Fox Studios in Los Angeles, California, January through May. We seek fearless storytellers who will create a strong pipeline of well-rounded talent for potential staffing on Fox television shows.

FOX Directors Lab

The Fox Directors Lab is designed to increase the pipeline of diverse directors for episodic television shows. Participants gain access to and insights from Fox mentors, directors and showrunners.

FOX Filmmakers Lab

The Fox Filmmakers Lab is a partnership between Twentieth Century Fox Film and AFI designed to increase the number of female directors working on major studio films. Following the conclusion of Lab Week at the Fox Studios, which provided participants with tremendous access to the process of studio filmmaking, the filmmakers pitched their franchise or reboot ideas to Fox executives and were mentored through the pitch process.
