The following appointments take effect upon the close of the Disney transaction and the creation of “FOX,” the company to be spun-off in connection with the merger with The Walt Disney Company.

  1. Rupert Murdoch

    Rupert Murdoch is Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox, one of the world’s leading portfolios of cable, broadcast, film, pay TV and satellite assets.  Until July 1, 2015, Mr. Murdoch served as CEO and Chairman of the Company, a role he held since its inception as News Corporation in 1979.

  2. Lachlan K. Murdoch

    Chairman and Chief Executive Officer

    Lachlan Murdoch has served as Executive Chairman of 21st Century Fox since 2015.  In this role, he works directly with the Company’s senior management and Board of Directors in developing global strategies and setting the overall corporate vision.  He will serve as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of the proposed new “Fox,” which will be formed after shareholder and regulatory approval of the proposed transaction between 21CF and The Walt Disney Company.

  3. John P. Nallen

    Chief Operating Officer

    John P. Nallen is Senior Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for 21st Century Fox (21CF), a role which he assumed in 2013.  Mr. Nallen oversees all of the Company’s financial aspects, including capital market and merger and acquisition transactions.

  6. Michael Biard

    President, Operations and Distribution

    Michael Biard serves as President, Distribution, Fox Networks Group. In this role Mr. Biard oversees distribution, including related sales, strategy and distribution marketing activity, for all five of 21CF’s television brands: Fox Broadcasting Company, FX, FOX News, FOX Sports and National Geographic, and their non-linear extensions, including video-on-demand, online, mobile and other emerging platforms. He also manages all aspects of distribution and affiliate-related business operations with the Fox-affiliated television stations in over 200 markets as well as all of Fox Networks’ distribution relationships with domestic cable, satellite, telco and online distributors.

  7. Marianne Gambelli

    Marianne Gambelli joined FOX News Channel (FNC) in May 2017 and currently serves as the President of Advertising Sales.

  8. Paul Cheesbrough
